Fruits are soaked in brandy, baked, crumbled, mixed with more brandy, and shaped again for deep, traditional flavor.

Inspired by the Portuguese Bolo B’Amor — the timeless “Cake of Love” — our cakes weave together semolina, pumpkin preserve, cashews, and a whisper of brandy.

Our fruit cakes are crafted with the same high-quality ingredients as our signature rich cake, baked to order for unmatched freshness.
