RICH CAKE
Also known as the Sri Lankan wedding cake, our rich cakes are made to order and include a delicious layer of marzipan on top.
The dried fruits used in this cake are soaked in brandy during the macerating process and once baked - the cake is broken down, mixed in brandy again and reshaped.
Please let us know if you'd prefer the cake without alcohol and we can accommodate your request.
LOVE CAKE
Influenced by the Portuguese Bolo B'Amor (Cake of Love), our cakes are made with semolina, pumpkin preserve, cashews and a splash of brandy.

They are baked to order, to maintain their quality and freshness.
FRUIT CAKE
Our fruit cakes are also made with the same, high quality ingredients as our rich cake. They are baked to order, to maintain their quality and freshness.
The dried fruits used in this cake are also macerated in brandy.
